Eclipses are natural celestial events which provide a great opportunity to travel. SPACE has been actively taking people to chase the eclipse from different locations since its inception. We keep encouraging people to travel during eclipse and experience and the adrenalin rush during an eclipse chase.
SPACE has taken people across the length and breadth of the world for eclipse chase expeditions.
The upcoming Total Lunar Eclipse of 2010 in December just a week ahead of the Solar Eclipse Conference provides an exciting opportunity for all the eclipse chasers to photograph and experiment during the eclipse.
An Eclipse at the backdrop of Taj Mahal, doesn’t it already seem picturesque and yes we can make your dream come true.
During the Total Lunar Eclipse 2011 on 10th December,
SPACE has planned observations at two
different locations in India :
- Eclipse chasing enthusiasts can observe the transcending phases of eclipse from Jantar Mantar, Delhi or any other historic monument in Delhi. All permissions would be taken by SPACE prior to this celestial event.
- On the day of TLE’11, SPACE has also planned a trip to Agra. Taj Mahal, one of the most popular tourist destinations in India is favourably placed for the Lunar Eclipse and would provide good opportunities for photography.
The delegates who are willing to take this option are advised to keep three days spare for these trips and send in their names to be a part of these observations by 25th October 2011.
SPACE would be pleased to assist you in planning your travel and attending to your logistics requirements before and during your stay in India. For any such assistance or query, contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
