Registration fee :

USD 250 per participant. 
(This includes lunches on all three days, tea and snacks twice a day.
 Cultural Evening and Valedictory Dinner and Cocktail)
Last Date for Registration:

  • The last date of registration for International SEML members is 25th October, after this the registrations would open for non- SEML participants.
  • The registrations for Non–SEML International participants will open from 25th September and close on.
    Preference would be given on first cum first serve basis as there are limited seats
    available

For Indian Delegates :

Registration fee :

  • For Adults (above 18): Rs. 4000/- per participant
  • For Indian school students: Rs. 1500/- (age group 12-18 years)
  • For College Students: Rs. 3000/-
  • For Astronomicans: Rs 1500/-  

( Astronomicans, who are a member before 31st August 2011)

  • For Space Club students and CSE member schools: Rs. 1000/-

(valid i-d cards and endorsement from the school Principal required)

  • For all Indian participants, the registrations would open from 10th October till 10th November.

Please note :

*The registration fee includes lunches on all three days, tea and snacks twice a day.
*Cultural Evening and Valedictory Dinner and Cocktail is also included for adults.
* For student, the cultural evening and valedictory ceremony and dinner are not applicable
*The students need to carry their valid I-cards of the institution they are studying in.

3. Payment via DD / Cheque :

You will be required to send us the copy of the deposit slip along with the registration form. DD or Cheques in favour of S.P.A.C.E., payable at New Delhi are acceptable.
In-case of payments by Cheque, the confirmation would only be made once the cheque is cleared.

4. On Desk Payment :

The payment can be made at the Registration Desk on the first day of the Conference (for SEML members only). But please note that prior Registration is still necessary to attend the Conference.
